The experience with Sir Grout was a pleasure from start to finish. Renzo, who came out to evaluate and create a quote was on time, so polite, and thoroughly explained the process in detail. The technician, Larry, who did the cleaning, regrout, caulking, and reseal, took the time to get everything PERFECT, was so thorough, and our tile shower looks brand new! We are extremely happy with the results of our tile floors, being cleaned and sealed! They look like New! Andrew worked diligently to make sure everything sparkled. We had the kitchen, The dining area and two bathrooms done! We highly recommend them to make everything look new again!
This was the second tiled shower we had them do. Our tech this time was Sandro and he was also excellent. The shower looks terrific and I am confident it will stay that way given the products they use. Much better than regular caulk. Sandro was nice, diligent, and took care with our home while doing the work. Highly recommend.
