Exceptional service from start to finish! Renzo (GM) made the scheduling and coordination seamless (pricing is fair, and after work completed - was well worth it). I knew we needed to have some work done, yet was not looking forward to researching, estimates, poor work and the overall stress involved with home improvements. Yet, I can not say enough praise for this company and the individuals that worked at our home.
10/30/2026 - Walk-in Shower. Our technicians, Larry and Sandro, did an absolute masterpiece of a job on our tile and grout in our master bathroom walk-in shower, tub and vanity backsplash.
11/04/2026 - Our second project with Sir Grout Orlando was just as exceptional as the first! Several rooms in our house that are tiled—including the entryway, kitchen, dinette, three bathrooms, the laundry room, and a walk-in closet—were scheduled to be cleaned, maintenance-grouted, and sealed.
Our technicians, Sandro and Andrew, were prompt, meticulous, and respectful of our home. They are both very well-versed in their craft, and we truly appreciated their expert input.
Larry, Sandro and Andrew were professional, punctual, and paid incredible attention to detail. Our shower looks better than ever - the new sealing around glass, tile cleaning - was completed with FULL client satisfaction. And, our Floors are amazing!. If you need grout and tile restoration, Sir Grout Orlando is the company to call.
These guys do an excellent job. They show up on time, and they work hard until the job is completed. We had some construction haze on our tile floors that would not come up with regular vacuuming, mopping, and steam cleaning. Sir Grout did the job. Now the tiles look beautiful again. Thank you, Sir Grout Orlando!
After a frustrating and disappointing experience with the company that originally installed my shower floor tile, Sir Grout came to the rescue. Carlos was my installer, and he made the whole process easy from start to finish.
My shower floor turned out even better than I expected, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend Carlos and Sir Grout Orlando!
The first three pictures are my beautiful shower. Now the last picture is the previous of divots and holes of where the shower tile was not installed correctly.
Wow, let's talk turkey—Sir Grout delivered! My grout wasn't very old, but the lines had turned black and looked horrible. The Sir Grout team showed up and gave my floors a reason to smile! Just look at the before-and-after pictures—the transformation speaks for itself!
A special shoutout to Larry, Andrew, and Jose for their excellent customer service and attention to detail. I'm thrilled with the results!

Very happy with the service. All the options were explained in detail before the appointment. Andrew was professional, arrived on time, and answered all our questions.
Jose at Sir Grout Orlando did a great job. The pricing was good; he double-checked the grout color before installing, he was on time, and he cleaned up very well. I highly recommend! I was thinking about having the entire shower retiled. So glad I don't have to do that!
Sandro and Larry did a fantastic job! They completely restored our travertine and porcelain showers, redoing the grout, caulk, and sealing. Highly recommend their professional and meticulous work!
