We were thrilled with the work done on our bathrooms and kitchen and living area tiles. Andrew did a fantastic job with the color seal of our kitchen tiles. A very honest company and good quality work! Had a small flood in the home which left my ceramic tiles stained. Renzo came out and took a look and recommended a cleaning as well as to replace some of the tiles that were particularly bad. He gave me a very thorough explanation, and even spent extra time trying to spot clean some areas to ensure what would and wouldn't be cleanable. The price was reasonable for the amount of work discussed, so I signed with them.
Once the technicians, Jose and Larry got here and started working on the cleaning, they found that they were able to get more of the staining up and wouldn't have to replace so many of the tiles. They were very honest and brought the total price of the work down, even though they could have very easily kept the total price of the job higher and just not have told me that the staining wasn't as bad as originally expected.
I would recommend this company moving forward. Very thorough, honest, and prompt.
