I am a property manager and I needed someone to fix terracotta flooring in one of my properties that were in bad shape. Keith took on the challenge and the floors look great. It did take longer than estimated but it was definitely worth the wait. He took years of grim and wear and tear and turn them into masterpieces. He also refreshed the grout in the kitchen. I would recommend him if you need work on your Terracotta floors.

Phenomenal job on deep cleaning our complex tumbled travertine floors and resealing them! Keith was quick to respond and set up a free consultation where he cleaned a small section of the floor to show me what to expect if we hired them. And he was spot on! 2 guys came and worked on our floors all day, moving furniture as needed. Very professional and kind. Our floors look night and day different! Highly recommend Sir Grout, especially if you have travertine floors.
