I would like to thank Renzo of Sir Grout Orlando for sending Jose, technician, for a masterful job he did on the limestone floor in the kitchen and master bath. The stone had to be honed and then polished. I choose a satin finish. Jose was very diligent in his work, seeing that all surfaces were restored to a beautiful finish. Jose was able to remove deep stains that I could not with any type of cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The floors are so much better now than when the original tile was installed. Thank you Sir Grout!
Had the best experience all around with Sir Grout. Booking my appointment for estimating was extremely easy. Renzo was right on time and super knowledgeable and friendly and very clear on the work that would be done and answered all my questions. The appointment for the work was scheduled very quickly and Carlos was tremendous! He did a superb job on all my tiles. Very friendly and patient with me keeping my dogs corralled all day while he worked so hard. I'm extremely happy with the results as well.
This is the first time I used Sir Grout for cleaning and sealing my shower with glass tiles. Carlos did a wonderful job, and I would recommend for anyone to use him. The technicians, Carlos and Larry, were excellent. They redid caulking and grout in all The bathrooms, showers and a window that had become very dirty from outside water.

From the initial visit by Renzo to evaluate and propose cleaning, repair and sealing of the grout in our foyer and kitchen we were impressed with their professional and friendly service.
