Keith was quick to respond and set up a free consultation where he cleaned a small section of the floor to show me what to expect if we hired them. And he was spot on! 2 guys came and worked on our floors all day, moving furniture as needed. Very professional and kind. Our floors look night and day different! Keith Fogerty came and gave me a written quote to completely refresh my bathroom tiles inside walk in shower and color seal my flooring in bathroom and kitchen, clean my glass shower doors, and polish my granite counter tops on vanity. Luis was the technician and I must say performed AMAZING RESULTS! He removed the hard water stains on ceramic tiles in shower which were 9 years old and they look brand new. Cleaned my glass shower doors and my granite counter top on vanity plus color sealed my flooring in bathroom and kitchen. This company saved me thousands of dollars which could of resulted in installing new walk in shower and 48" vanity. If you are looking for professionalism and excellent attention to detail, I suggest you go to Sir Grout for restoring your floors. Keith has twice bailed me out of instances where my former cleaning company has damaged my floors. I have marble flooring in my master bathroom and twice the cleaners have spilled chemicals onto it, leaving me with ugly etching and discoloration. Keith managed to schedule appointments with me quickly and was very respectful of our clean floors when he came in using booties and also wearing a mask. It is sometimes intimidating having companies come into your home, but I felt comfortable that Keith would get the job done. Thank you.
