We just moved into an older home and I don't think anything had ever been done with the Spanish terracotta kitchen tile. The grout lines were black and it felt old, dated and quite frankly I was ready to rip them out. I called Sir Grout for a quote and Tom was really responsive and professional.
The gentlemen that showed up to do the job were on time, really knowledgeable and superb. It took about 4 hours from cleaning to drying. They laid down a few new colors to color dye the grout and I cannot tell you how impressed I am. These kitchen floors went from drab to fab that day. They look BRAND NEW!!! the grout is a fresh light gray/white and they look like they were just put in. I actually want to walk on the kitchen floors bare foot where before it felt dirty with those black lines. Thank you Sir Grout for an amazing transformation. I highly recommend.

Tom and Keith were very professional in evaluating my needs and getting the job completed, with fantastic results. In addition to making the grout functional and great looking, they were able to clean our badly stained tile. I greatly appreciated that they did not quote the job until they tested their products to make sure they could get those stains out. As a result of their effort I have two showers that look like new and I again get to enjoy the beautiful tile I originally installed. They are amazing! My floors look great. I had some loose tiles in the house and they were able to repair those as well. They are very well priced and I would recommend them to anyone needing their grout done.

I was so happy with the services performed by Sir Grout. We have a large travertine outside patio that needed cleaned and sprayed for mold/mildew due to Florida weather. From the moment I first contacted this company, it was like the old days where you feel like someone genuinely cares about you and your project. The gentleman that did my estimate was such a kind man and truly sold me on their company, he came out and met with me, understood what I wanted and did not pressure me in any way. Other companies I contacted did not come and meet me personally and then followed up with a bombardment of texts and emails.
The 2 men who came out to do the service were so polite and respectful. They worked hard all day! They removed all my plants, table, chairs from my patio and returned them all to their proper place after treating the patio and this was a free service! I did have one problem that occurred in the covered area of my patio, where it became slippery after their treatment. However, I contacted the company and they came back out and again removed all the furniture and plants and re-treated the patio to fix the problem. With a smile... and a follow up visit to make sure I was completely satisfied.
Seriously... this never happens today! Very impressed with this company! They truly care about their company and the work they do!
Sir Grout exceeds my expectations time after time, so I cannot help but continue to use their services on more than one property. Projects from whole house, bathrooms and recently a jacuzzi jetted tub. Before and after results are truly astonishing. Now, recently I had a cabinet replaced in my kitchen by another company. When they maple stained this particular cabinet, somehow they trickled this stain all over the floor. Mind you, this floor had just been resurfaced by Sir Grout. I was so disappointed, however only at the fact that it even happened. I took a simple damp sponge and wiped clean this maple wood stain. Ironic that it fell right down the grout line however again, I was so impressed with the wipe. It was like the spillage never happened.
I am very pleased that Sir Grout's work was done prior to cabinet staining. However if not I'm sure Sir Grout would have took care of it with the right solution. They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thanks Tom and Keith.
