Sir Grout was amazing! Very professional, very knowledgeable and personable as well. I had them restore about 2000 square feet of travertine and seal as well. We bought a foreclosure and the floors were in bad shape, they look brand new! We are very happy with the results. We also had a large shower restored and polished. Sir Grout did a great job cleaning, adding a non-slip coating and regrouting a shower and bathroom tile along with our kitchen floor tile that had accumulated a lot of discoloration over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone. I particularly appreciate that the workers wore coverings over their work shoes to protect my carpet. I don't know any company that does that and I was most grateful for their consideration.

The office staff was nice and scheduled an estimate quickly. Keith arrived and gave a reasonable estimate, so we scheduled. The technicians arrived on time. They were friendly and gentlemen. They unloaded and put booties on whenever they walked in the house. They did a great job! I felt they were people I could trust alone in my house. They actually locked up the house when they left.
