I was so happy with the services performed by Sir Grout. We have a large travertine outside patio that needed cleaned and sprayed for mold/mildew due to Florida weather. From the moment I first contacted this company, it was like the old days where you feel like someone genuinely cares about you and your project. The gentleman that did my estimate was such a kind man and truly sold me on their company, he came out and met with me, understood what I wanted and did not pressure me in any way. Other companies I contacted did not come and meet me personally and then followed up with a bombardment of texts and emails.
The 2 men who came out to do the service were so polite and respectful. They worked hard all day! They removed all my plants, table, chairs from my patio and returned them all to their proper place after treating the patio and this was a free service! I did have one problem that occurred in the covered area of my patio, where it became slippery after their treatment. However, I contacted the company and they came back out and again removed all the furniture and plants and re-treated the patio to fix the problem. With a smile... and a follow up visit to make sure I was completely satisfied.
Seriously... this never happens today! Very impressed with this company! They truly care about their company and the work they do!
Sir Grout exceeds my expectations time after time, so I cannot help but continue to use their services on more than one property. Projects from whole house, bathrooms and recently a jacuzzi jetted tub. Before and after results are truly astonishing. Now, recently I had a cabinet replaced in my kitchen by another company. When they maple stained this particular cabinet, somehow they trickled this stain all over the floor. Mind you, this floor had just been resurfaced by Sir Grout. I was so disappointed, however only at the fact that it even happened. I took a simple damp sponge and wiped clean this maple wood stain. Ironic that it fell right down the grout line however again, I was so impressed with the wipe. It was like the spillage never happened.
I am very pleased that Sir Grout's work was done prior to cabinet staining. However if not I'm sure Sir Grout would have took care of it with the right solution. They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thanks Tom and Keith.
