My grout needed cleaning and I had no idea who to hire. I was a little skeptical about a national franchise, not really sure what that would entail even with a local franchise owner. I called them for a quote, and they came by and explained in detail what their process is. I have no idea what goes into grout cleaning, but I guess not all cleaning will actually restore your grout to its original color, so what they do is clean it and then "color seal" it with a sealant that matches your original grout color, so it looks completely brand new. And the sealant is supposed to be more stain resistant than regular grout. They actually showed me a demonstration on sample tiles with soy sauce, and it cleaned right up. We had all the tile floors and showers in our house done, and they look amaaaazzzzing. I've included both before and after photos. I'm so happy with it, and the people were top notch professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.
Keith did a beautiful job on our yucky travertine kitchen floor. Looks like new now! And marble floor in master bath was cleaned, grout color renewed and sealed. We love it! Having Sir Keith back to do marble shower walls and seal an outdoor travertine table.
