I used Sir Grout to clean my granite top. Meeko came out at the time that was agreed and looked at the granite tops and came out with a plan on how he would clean and remove the big orange stain from the counter, he explained the plan and started working on them. He had to apply a compound to remove the stain and come back. He was really flexible about coming back on my day off and came after two jobs with Jiji to finish the job. When he removed the compound the stain was gone. Then he polished and sealed the counter. The counter looks great and shiny again. Meeko and JiJi are awesome, we engaged on conversations and I felt like my friends were doing the job. I will really recommend Sir Grout.

The grout and caulking in one of our showers needed repair and we are so happy we contacted Sir Grout. Renzo was on time to provide an estimate and schedule the work to be done. He was extremely polite and professional. On the day of the work Meeko arrived on time and immediately got to work after taking time to explain the steps he would take to make the shower look great. He was very professional and went about his job without needing anything. We checked on him throughout the day and each time he would update us on the status of the job. Overall we were very pleased with the entire experience with Sir Grout and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with the experience we had with Sir Grout. The estimator John was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable with my issue. I did not think my shower stall and tile could be saved. Once the work was scheduled the company followed up excellent with everyone very prompt. The service techs Miko and Larry were very skilled and awesome. Larry was extremely good. We are so happy and proud of our new renovated shower stall, bathroom tile and kitchen countertops. Sir Grout Technicians Meeko and Larry did an outstanding job restoring our travertine marble floors to their original beautiful shine. They were here on time, explained exactly what the process was and were very careful removing our furniture to do the work. We were very comfortable while they were in our home as we went out to get coffee for us all!
