I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with the experience we had with Sir Grout. The estimator John was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable with my issue. I did not think my shower stall and tile could be saved. Once the work was scheduled the company followed up excellent with everyone very prompt. The service techs Miko and Larry were very skilled and awesome. Larry was extremely good. We are so happy and proud of our new renovated shower stall, bathroom tile and kitchen countertops. Sir Grout Technicians Meeko and Larry did an outstanding job restoring our travertine marble floors to their original beautiful shine. They were here on time, explained exactly what the process was and were very careful removing our furniture to do the work. We were very comfortable while they were in our home as we went out to get coffee for us all!

After a poor experience with the previous owner, I am pleased to say that the new owner contacted me 3 years after we had a negative experience with them and offered to make it right for free. Sir Grout did an amazing job restoring our master bath counter top. It had multiple dull spots and had lost all its luster. They were able to hone and polish it to its original finish. Louis took every effort to protect the cabinets and clean the area. I highly recommend them.
