Written Testimonials Pencil
After a poor experience with the previous owner, I am pleased to say that the new owner contacted me 3 years after we had a negative experience with them and offered to make it right for free. The new owner, Renzo, provides excellent customer service, quality work and was great to work with. I honestly couldn't believe that he was willing to make right for a mistake that he did not make, and I am pleased to say that my floors look amazing.
Sir Grout does an amazing job. Both the crew and the products they use are simply the best. Never had such good and lasting results on my floors and countertops! Highly recommended!
Sir Grout did an amazing job restoring our master bath counter top. It had multiple dull spots and had lost all its luster. They were able to hone and polish it to its original finish. Louis took every effort to protect the cabinets and clean the area. I highly recommend them.
From start to finish: professional, punctual, courteous, skilled dedicated workers, thorough, responsive to any concerns, follow through. Shout-out to Meeko & Lewis for the quality of work they did on my shower. Highly recommend.
Outstanding job by Keith and his crew. My house looks great. I would recommend this service to anyone preparing their house for sale, as this adds more value to the house than the entire cost of the service.
My floors look beautiful and updated now thanks to Sir Grout. They followed through with all promises and I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Keith and his team were very punctual and committed to comply with their promise. Their machine broke down and right away rented one to complete the job. They even stayed later than expected to meet their time commitment. Stone floors look amazing.
