I hired Sir Grout to clean and regrout my shower, and put a slip resistant coating on the floor, then reseal. The price was good! I received several reminders of the upcoming appointment and was contacted by the technician in the morning.
The technician, Larry, was excellent and was a consummate professional. I watched how he unloaded all the equipment with care and took it with great care to the bathroom. He then explained what he was doing as he went through the multiple processes thoroughly.
When he was done, he explained the aftercare, and then I watched again as he carefully packed up his equipment and took it outside. I then started to walk my dog and noticed he even used caution and organization skills when he reloaded all the equipment into the truck.

Renzo V (GM) & Larry C J (Lead technician) led a team of 4 unbelievably skilled craftsmen who worked their magic and restored our old dull looking marble floors throughout the house back to their original shine, giving our home that palace feel again (see attached Pic's).
My wife and I were pleasingly surprised by how well this team worked together to make sure that everything was finished just right in one area before moving on to the next. Their skills are to be admired, especially in today's environment, when it's so hard to find a company that will come to our home and actually do what they said they would do.
